By submitting the opt-in form on our home page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Get Sheet Done at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We record the following at the moment of opt-in to provide an audit trail: phone number, timestamp, source URL (get-sheet-done-alpha.vercel.app), IP address, and user agent. Personally identifying information from this opt-in record is shared only with Twilio (our SMS carrier of record) for delivery purposes and is never sold, rented, or used for marketing by third parties.
Message frequency varies based on your usage. A typical form-fill conversation produces 3–15 messages. We do not send unsolicited messages — every outbound message is a direct reply to an inbound message you initiated.

When you text our SMS number, we receive: your phone number, the text content of your message, and any photo attachments (typically of forms you want filled out). We do not collect any data from you outside of what you send us via SMS or the web opt-in form.
We use the information you send us to perform the service you asked for — fill out a form, sign it, and text it back. Form images may be processed by Google's Gemini vision API and OpenAI's GPT-4o API to extract field structure. Your phone number is used only to text you replies to your own inbound messages.
We retain your messages and any attachments via Twilio's standard 13-month message log. We may also store extracted form data and your signature image (once you provide one) so we can pre-fill future forms — you can delete these at any time by replying DELETE.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties. We use the following vendors strictly as data processors to deliver the service:
